The Utah Utes football team is one of only four Pac 12 teams in the top 25 preseason rankings poll. Though there are definitely some strong programs in the Pacific Athletic Conference (PAC 12), many the schools have not made a huge impression in the last couple of years. Under the direction of head coach Kyle Whittingham, perhaps the Utes will end up quite well by the end of the season. If you love to watch the games but don’t love the price of your cable or satellite service, there are other options that do not need either one.
Whether you are a new or more seasoned fan, no one wants to miss the games. Sadly, many have felt the need to sacrifice their beloved football (or other things) because of ever-increasing costs. That is why you should check out one of the options we are about to mention. Through the use of stand-alone streaming options, “utes” can enjoy the games for only a portion of what you pay normally. Since these services don’t have contracts, you can even stop these options if we drop the ball this year whenever you want. If you are planning on taking an overseas trip during the season, you may want to consider connecting to a server in the US with a VPN so you do not have to miss out.
Use Sling TV to watch Utah Football
Sling TV provides a good option for Utes fans to watch the season. That is because they offer channels like the Pac 12 Network, ESPN, ESPN 2, ABC, Fox, and more. If you choose to get the Sling service, you can also use the WatchESPN app by using your login information. All without paying the crazy cable and satellite costs. Though not all games have TV channels that are listed, we can tell you that our first one will be played on the PAC 12 Network on Thursday, Aust 31st at 7:30 PM EST.
Even though our first game is again North Dakota, we can’t afford to stumble because the game looks easy. There are many other teams that would love to be in the top 25. Later games will be scheduled on ESPN, ABC, the PAC 12 Network, Fox, and others. You do not have to miss out on any of the tense moments and touchdowns. You can even try Sling TV free for 7 days to help you decide.
Using PlayStation Vue to stream Utes Football
The PlayStation Vue streaming service (often called PS Vue) gives you another option to take a look at. This service will give you more than 45 channels for $40 a month on their basic plan. There are no contracts involved with this service either. Some of these channels include ABC, NBC ESPN2, ESPN, CBS, Fox, and many more. PS Vue will allow you watch many of the games. Many of your favorite stations are likely to be included with this service. You will appreciate that they offer all 4 major US Networks. This streaming service is very helpful for watching football games. You can try out PS Vue by picking up their 5-day free trial to see what it is like.
If you wonder about compatibility, you can watch the service on PS3, PS4, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, iOS, Android, and others. With this one, you have the option of streaming up to 5 devices at one time, and you can also stream and play video games. Those factors make PS Vue a good way to watch Swoop the red tailed hawk soar up and down the field.
